Ff15 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the ff15 platform. Continuing to use our platform indicates your acceptance and agreement to all provisions stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the ff15 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ff15 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and ff15 as the platform operator. They apply to all users accessing or using the ff15 platform via any device or channel, including mobile web browsers and officially downloaded apps.
Ff15 may change, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified via the platform if there are material changes. Continued use after publication of changes is deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration and Security
Registration Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the ff15 platform.
- Each user is allowed only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may lead to termination of all related accounts.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users are responsible for updating their information if there are any changes.
- Ff15 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification purposes.
Password Security
- You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential and all activities under your account.
- You must notify ff15 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
- Ff15 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your password, if such loss arises from your own negligence.
- Use strong, unique passwords and avoid sharing your login details with anyone.
3. Platform Usage Responsibilities and Regulations
By using the ff15 platform, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines. Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using the platform for any purposes that violate Malaysian law or any relevant laws.
- Impersonating other users, ff15 staff, or any third parties.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical methods to exploit or manipulate the platform.
- Submitting content that is threatening, offensive, fraudulent, or infringes on others’ rights.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to restricted parts of the platform or other ff15 systems.
- Transferring or selling your ff15 account to others without written permission.
- Engaging in any activity that could compromise the security, performance, or integrity of the platform.
- Using another person’s account or sharing your account with any party.
Ff15 has the right to investigate any complaints or suspected violations of these rules and take appropriate actions, including suspending or terminating the related accounts.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the ff15 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for fully understanding all financial implications before making any deposits or placing bets.
Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
- Deposit: All deposits are final once confirmed through the payment system. ff15 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet operators.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification processes which may vary in duration depending on the chosen method and the user’s account verification status.
- Fees: ff15 reserves the right to apply processing fees to certain transactions. Any applicable fees will be disclosed to users before the transaction is completed.
- Cancellations: Once a deposit is confirmed and used for betting, it cannot be cancelled. Users are advised to carefully verify amounts before confirming any transaction.
In case of any dispute regarding transactions, users must contact the ff15 support team within 30 days from the transaction date. Disputes reported after this period may not be processed.
5. Liability Limits and Account Policy
Ff15 Liability Limits
The ff15 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ff15 makes no express or implied guarantees regarding continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. ff15 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from unintentional technical disruptions.
Account Suspension and Closure
Ff15 reserves the sole discretion to suspend, block, or terminate user accounts at any time without prior notice if users are found to violate any term provisions, engage in fraudulent activities, or for reasonable security reasons. In cases of account termination due to violations, any remaining account balances may be subject to investigation before withdrawal is permitted.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the ff15 platform are the exclusive property of ff15 or its licensed partners. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any such content without written permission from ff15.
The ff15 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. ff15 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any linked third-party sites. These links do not imply endorsement or approval by ff15.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Laws
Ff15 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user’s responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the ff15 platform after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through mutual agreement, and if unsuccessful, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Malaysian courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be severed or modified to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective.
